By leveraging business and commercial acumen, as well as a strong working knowledge of the HR tech stack, he sets strategy, secures buy-in and drives implementation throughout all business functions.

Wide-ranging business understanding and natural ability to engage diverse stakeholders, driving strategically significant initiatives which deliver results.
